Five tabs. Set these once, and the whole system knows your madarsa's calendar and curriculum.
🏛️ Madarsa Details
Name, logo, address, contact numbers, about text. The logo appears in the app header and on every PDF report and certificate.
📅 Yearly Holidays
Religious / national / seasonal holidays with dates. These days are automatically excluded from working-day counts — attendance % is never punished by holidays.
🎉 Events
Academic, cultural and sports events with dates and descriptions — visible to the whole madarsa.
🗓️ Exams (Schedule)
Plan exam dates and types for the whole year. The actual grading happens in Exam Evaluations — see section 10.
📖 Course Modification — the Curriculum Engine
Five sub-tabs that define how your madarsa teaches:
- Quran Lines — choose your printed edition: 13-line (616 pages), 15-line (604 pages) or 20-line (480 pages) — then define the page range of every Juz. All tracking and Quran Live use this map.
- Qaida Lessons — every lesson with its line range (from → to) and page number.
- Surah Names — searchable reference of all 114 surahs, used across Hifz & Nazeera.
- Deeniyat Books — add books, then chapters with page numbers inside each book.
- Classes — create class names (Qaida A, Nazeera 1, Hifz…). Classes with assigned students are protected from accidental delete.

- Pick class → student → exam type: Quran Lines / Deeniyat / Hifz.
- Reading exams: choose section A (with looking), B (without looking) or C (Deeniyath).
- Rate with stars: Makharij · Tajweed · Fluency · Accent.
- Deeniyat exams: grade A+ → Fail with book + chapter range.
- Score out of 100 — pass percentage is configurable (default 60%).
- Failed? Student can re-attempt — every attempt is stored.
- Admin can override any result with a written reason — fully logged.

📲 Online Collection — parents pay from home
The money is yours, not ours. Each madarsa enters its own Razorpay account, UPI ID and bank details under Payment Collection. Payments settle straight into that madarsa's account — nothing is routed through us and no commission is taken.
- Switch on the methods you want: Razorpay (card, netbanking, wallet), UPI, bank transfer — or any mix.
- Parents open the invoice and pay. No account, no app download.
- Razorpay is verified automatically — the receipt posts itself the moment the payment is confirmed.
- UPI and bank transfers can't be auto-verified, so the parent submits the reference number and it lands in a staff approval queue. The dues only move once someone confirms the money arrived.
