Question 1

What is Origin E Madarsa?

Accepted Answer

A complete management system for madarsas — daily Qaida, Nazeera and Hifz tracking, attendance, exams, fees, reports and live Quran sessions, all in one secure platform.

Question 2

Can multiple madarsas use the same platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is a multi-tenant SaaS — every madarsa gets fully isolated data, its own admin team and its own student & teacher IDs.

Question 3

Which platforms are available for each role?

Accepted Answer

Admins and Teachers get both the web dashboard and the mobile app (Android & iOS). Students use the mobile app on Google Play and the App Store.

Question 4

How does Quran progress tracking work?

Accepted Answer

Teachers record daily Sabaq, Prev-Sabaq and Manzil with page, juz and even line-level precision. Live Quran sessions sync the teacher's page to the student in real time.

Question 5

Does the app show prayer times?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The app shows the five daily prayer times for wherever you are, using the calculation method your country follows (Hanafi Asr where it is the norm), with a countdown to the next prayer and a Qibla compass — for admins, teachers and students alike.

Question 6

How does the app keep students engaged?

Accepted Answer

Students can read the Quran in the app between lessons and play short quizzes on the surahs. Reading and quizzes earn XP, levels, daily streaks and badges, and teachers see a leaderboard of their class.

Question 7

Can teachers and the admin talk inside the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Staff chat gives your madarsa one group for all teachers and the admin, plus private one-to-one chats, with notifications — no personal WhatsApp numbers needed, and no other madarsa can see it.

Question 8

Which languages does the app support?

Accepted Answer

English, Arabic and Urdu, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu, plus a light and a dark theme. Every user picks their own.

Question 9

Is our data secure?

Accepted Answer

Every madarsa's data is tenant-isolated with role-based access control, JWT authentication and full audit logs of every change.

Question 10

Can parents pay fees online, and who receives the money?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and the money is yours. Each madarsa enters its own Razorpay account, UPI ID and bank details, so payments settle directly into that madarsa's account — nothing is routed through us and we take no commission. Card and netbanking payments are verified automatically; UPI and bank transfers go to a staff approval queue, so dues only move once someone confirms the money arrived.

Question 11

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing follows the size of your madarsa, not the features you want: $10 a month up to 25 students, $50 for 26 to 250, and $100 beyond 250. Every plan includes the whole product — tracking, attendance, exams, fees, live classes and the mobile apps — so a smaller madarsa is never asked to upgrade to unlock something.

Question 12

Do you take a cut of the fees we collect?

Accepted Answer

No. Online fee payments settle straight into your own Razorpay account, UPI ID or bank account, and we take no commission on them. The monthly subscription is the only thing you pay us.

Question 13

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Tap Get Started and send us your madarsa details — we'll set up your workspace and walk your team through onboarding, usually within a day.
